Is Bed and Breakfast the only option we can get?

 

Yes. At Giorgio's House Palermo Bed + Breakfast is the only option you can get but we also have a large kitchen where you can store your food and sometimes (but please, ask before) you can cook.    Often we also organize Palermo by night tours, Street food tours, Trekking Tours, Day Trips , English/Italian language meetings....    Anyway the goal of Giorgio's House is to make yourself at home :o)
